I’ve had the privilege of working with outstanding partners to drive enterprise value through technology across multiple industries, including telecommunications, biomedical, and automotive. I enjoy blending strategic vision with successful tactical execution.
My passion is for the well-being of others, especially those who tend to be overlooked. Among the things I enjoy the most are spending time with my family, helping others in need, traveling, and appreciating nature.

Chief Financial Officer
Over the course of my 35-year career as a financial professional, I have led and managed a wide range of complex corporate financial transactions, including acquisition due diligence and integration, system migrations, a take-private transaction, and an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Additionally, I have driven value capture initiatives and overseen most major aspects of the financial value chain. My experience spans the full spectrum of financial operations, positioning me to deliver strategic insight and execution in high-stakes financial environments.
I enjoy spending time with my wife Nanci, our children, and two grandchildren. I also enjoy running, traveling, and gardening.

I am a seasoned executive leader with over 25 years of experience in product management and development, with a proven track record of delivering successful product outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders, and partners. My ability to connect strategic vision with execution has earned trust from customers, colleagues, and partners alike.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my wife and our grandkids. We enjoy cycling, hiking, and pickleball together. I also enjoy playing guitar and singing.
